新乡医学院位于河南省新乡市，是河南省唯一一所独立建制的西医本科院校，是国家百所中西部高校基础能力建设工程支持高校。拥有国家地方联合工程实验室1个，省级重点实验室4个，省级国际联合实验室15个，省级协同创新中心、研究中心等学科平台22个，建有博士后科研工作站2个、博士后创新实践基地1个、院士工作站2个。国家“111计划”引智基地获批单位。

为加快学校建设特色鲜明的高水平医科大学的步伐，吸引聚集矢志爱国奉献、德才兼备、具有国际影响力的学科领军人才，现面向全球公开招聘，真诚邀请相关学科领域的专家学者加盟。具体招聘事宜公告如下：

Xinxiang Medical University, located in Xinxiang City, is the only independent undergraduate university of modern medicine in Henan Province. It is one of the 100 universities supported by the National Basic Ability Construction Project of Western and Central China. We have 1 National-Local Joint Engineering laboratory, 4 Provincial Key Laboratories, 15 Provincial International Joint Laboratories, 22 discipline platforms such as provincial collaborative innovation centers and research centers, 2 post-doctoral scientific research workstations, 1 post-doctoral innovation practice base, and 2 academician workstations. It is also supported by the Program of Introducing Talents of Discipline to Universities (National “111 Plan”).

In order to accelerate the construction project of a high-level medical university with distinctive characteristics, and to attract and gather academic elites who are committed to patriotism and with political integrity, academic capability and international influence, we are now sincerely inviting experts and scholars engaged in medicine related disciplines from all over the world to join us. The specific recruitment announcement is as follows:

一、岗位设置

围绕学校发展战略需求，结合学校现有学科、平台、团队等实际情况，计划在10个学科（方向）设立学科领军人才岗位，具体如下：

Based on the strategic needs of our development and in accordance with the school’s existing disciplines, research platforms and teams and so on, we planned to set up Academic Leading Talent positions in 10 disciplines (directions) as follows:

二、岗位基本职责

1.制定学科发展和科学研究规划并组织实施，聘期内使主导的学科研究方向在国内处于领先水平。

2.组织申报省级重点实验室或平台，申报国家级/省级基金项目。 

3.加强团队建设，打造高水平创新学科团队，建设一支政治信念牢、科研水平高、创新能力强的科研队伍。 

4.积极开展与国内外顶尖大学或科研机构的合作，建立长期稳定的合作关系，显著提升学科国内外影响力。

II. Basic Responsibilities of the Position

1. Formulate and implement the plans of discipline development and scientific research. During the employment, the leaded research direction should be at the leading level in China.

2. Organize the application of provincial key laboratories or platforms, and apply for national / provincial fund projects.

3. Focus on team construction, build a high-level innovative discipline team with firm political conviction, high scientific research level and strong innovative ability.

4. Actively carry out cooperation with top universities or scientific research institutions both domestic and abroad, establish long-term and stable cooperative relations, and significantly enhance the influence of the discipline both domestically and abroad.

三、招聘条件

1.遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律法规，学风正派、治学严谨、为人师表。

2.有较强的组织管理、团队协作和统筹协调能力。

3.在本学科领域科研水平或技术成果处于国内外领先地位，具有引领性和重要价值；对本学科科研发展具有创新性和前瞻性构想，具备带领本学科建设进入国内外前列的优秀领导能力。

4.身心健康，年龄一般不超过50周岁，学术业绩特别突出者，年龄可适当放宽。

III. Recruitment Requirement

1. Abide by the constitution, laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China. Have a decent style of study, be rigorous in academic research, and be a model for others.

2. Have strong ability in organizational management, teamwork and overall coordination.

3. The scientific research or academic achievement in the discipline is in a leading position both domestically and abroad; have innovative and forward-looking visions for the scientific development of this discipline, and have excellent leadership to promote the construction of this discipline to the forefront both domestically and abroad.

4. People who are physically and mentally healthy under 50 years old. The age can be appropriately relaxed for people with outstanding academic achievements.

四、聘期及待遇

1.聘期为五年。三年中期考核，五年期满考核，期满考核合格可续聘； 

2.年薪人民币100万元起（税前）；科研运营经费500-1000万；

3.提供充足的办公实验室用房，支持整合组建科研团队，硕士招生指标予以政策性倾斜；

4.提供住房一套；解决配偶工作及子女入学；提供附属医院便捷就医条件和新乡市医疗保障；

5.对工作和生活条件有特殊要求的可具体面议。

以上待遇具体落实根据聘用情况采取“一人一议”。

同时，学校鼓励引进人才带领优秀创新团队到校工作，团队成员符合相应人才层次标准的，给予相应的人才待遇。对引进的优秀创新团队，结合相关学科建设要求，根据整体学术业绩、学术水平等，给予团队科研启动金500-1000万元。

IV. Employment Term and Remuneration

1. The term of employment is five years. Mid-term assessment will be held in three years; expiration assessment will be held in five years. The contract can be renewed for candidates who pass the assessment upon the expiration of the contract.

2. Annual salary ≥1 million (Pre-tax income); The startup funding is RMB 5 to10 million;

3. Provide sufficient office and laboratory space, support the integration and establishment of scientific research teams, and give policy preference in recruiting graduates for master's training;

4. Provide accommodation, jobs for spouse and admission qualifications (middle and primary school) for children; convenient medical conditions in the affiliated hospitals and medical insurance in Xinxiang City are also provided;

5. If there are special requirements for working and living conditions, they can be negotiated face to face.

The specific implementation of the above benefits will be “person-based discussion” according to the employment condition.

At the same time, we encourage the talents to bring in excellent innovation teams to the school. Team members who meet the corresponding talent level standards will be given relevant remuneration. For the excellent innovation team, according to the requirements of relevant discipline construction and their academic performance and academic level, etc., the team will be given a startup funding of RMB 5-10 million for further scientific research.
